Sherlet Lopez
- Customer Service Management, Institute of Citizen Centered Services, Toronto
Sherlet Neal Lopez is the Managing Director of The Belize Institute for Service Excellence, Leadership and Research (BISELaR) and Co-Owner of BzLearn.com; Belize’s first online learning platform and training hub.
She is an internationally certified Customer Service Manager, with the Institute of Citizen Centered Services (ICCS) of Toronto, Canada. Ms. Neal also holds a master’s degree in Project Management from UCI Costa Rica; and a wealth of experience in both the private and public sector.
She is a lecturer at the University of Belize, a skilled and dynamic training facilitator, public speaker, author, actor, playwright and entrepreneur.
Sherlet is best known locally for her leading role in Belize’s First Dramatic Television Series, “Noh Matta Wat”.
