(BISELaR) is founded and Managed by Ms. Sherlet Neal Lopez, an internationally certified Customer Service Manager, with the Institute of Citizen Centered Services (ICCS) of Toronto, Canada. We work with a cadre of highly skilled professionals to bring you a wide variety of capacity building training and short courses.

Sherlet Lopez

Sherlet Neal Lopez is the Managing Director of The Belize Institute for Service Excellence, Leadership and Research (BISELaR) and Co-Owner of BzLearn.com; Belize’s first online learning platform and training hub.
She is an internationally certified Customer Service Manager, with the Institute of Citizen Centered Services (ICCS) of Toronto, Canada. Ms. Neal also holds a master’s degree in Project Management from UCI Costa Rica; and a wealth of experience in both the private and public sector.
She is a lecturer at the University of Belize, a skilled and dynamic training facilitator, public speaker, author, actor, playwright and entrepreneur.
Sherlet is best known locally for her leading role in Belize’s First Dramatic Television Series, “Noh Matta Wat”.
