Change is a constant in many of our lives. All around us, technologies, processes, people, ideas, and methods often change, affecting the way we perform daily tasks and live our lives. Having a smooth transition when change occurs is important in any situation and your participants will gain some valuable skills through this course.
Today more than ever we are faced with a constantly changing environment. As teachers and other professionals prepare to go back to school in what is considered the “new normal” it is important that they are prepared to effectively cope with and embrace the changes they will face in these times of uncertainty, particularly since their response to changes will impact those they lead and those who are looking to them for answers.
It also explores the important area of change and innovation. Some of the most innovative ideas are born out of change!
